Fall / Winter contains the flavors of the season with 6 pieces per type!

We have created a new product, studied down to the smallest detail. We wanted to create a special biscuit, a unique tasting experience.

For this reason, we started working on the external part of the biscuit, the shell. This part was made with an Ovis Mollis pastry, created with crumbled boiled egg yolks and enriched with ingredients that enhance the aromatic bouquet. The filling inside the biscuit was chosen to complete the taste experience.

The shape of the biscuit recalls the type of pastry used, that is a quail egg, smaller and easier to taste.
